2010/2011 Practice Schedule

Monday:          All

Tuesday:          Novice Women & Varsity Men Off

Wednesday:    Novice Men Off

Thursday:        Varsity Women Off

Friday:             All

Saturday:         All Varsity 7am-10am, All Novices 9am-Noon

Sunday:           All Off

Weekday practices will be after school (3:45pm) until 6:30pm.

All Practices will be at Ballard Park unless announced.

Any Changes will be annouced ASAP.

Please bring the following to Practice every day

• Dress in athletic or running shorts & T-Shirts
• Tennis shoes for land practice
• Water shoes for boat days
• 16-32 Oz Bottle of Water
• After School Snack
• Extra Socks!!
• Good Attitude
